2015 Dairy Block Shiraz
From a single block of low-yielding Shiraz vines beside our cellar door, this cool-climate Shiraz is medium-bodied and beautifully concentrated. White pepper spice, plum and cherry fruit combine with cedar oak and velvety soft tannins. Aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak.

2018 Ace of Trumps Shiraz
This wine is a fine example of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Hand harvested and matured in new and seasoned French oak barriques for 16 months. The wine has a deep ruby colour, intense plum/raspberry aromas and plush velvety tannins that build on the palate to give a very long finish.

2016 Christo’s Paddock Cabernet Sauvignon
An outstanding example of Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, with ripe blackcurrant and red fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and fine, velvety tannins. Enjoy now or continue to cellar for 10+ years.
