Winter Reds Dairy Block Party

This Winter Reds, we are joining forces with the team from Bar Lune for our one weekend only Dairy Block Party, a celebration of fire, flavour and exceptional wine.

Expect flames, music and a feast built for the season. Chefs Sam Worrall-Thompson and Kate Ottens have created a bold, produce driven menu designed to pair seamlessly with our latest release of cool climate Adelaide Hills Dairy Block Shiraz.

Fires will be blazing, wine will be flowing and DJs will set the tone as the cellar door transforms for the ultimate winter celebration.

  • Oyster, pickled celery, mustard seeds paired with Anna’s Sauvignon Blanc
  • Caviar, crème fraiche, potato, chives paired with Anth’s Garden Chardonnay
  • Smoked duck croquette, black garlic, cauliflower paired with Dairy Block Shiraz
  • Lobster fazzoletti, fresh truffle, dashi cream paired with Dairy Block Grand Vin Shiraz
