2018 CHRISTO’S PADDOCK GRAND VIN CABERNET SAUVIGNON MAGNUM

Our Christo’s Paddock vineyard is managed using sensitive farming practices and organic principles. Specially selected grapes from selected vines, this portion of the vineyard is hand manicured from pruning through to shoot and fruit thinning to produce a very special parcel of grapes.

The Grand Vin Christo’s Paddock Cabernet Sauvignon is a more rich and fuller bodied style of wine compared to the Christo’s Paddock Cabernet Sauvignon. It is selected from rows in the vineyard where the grapes ripen a little more and it also has slightly more new French oak.

Deep ruby with a dark brick red hue. Concentrated ripe blackcurrants with cedary and smokey oak notes. Complex and interesting. Rich vibrant sweet blackcurrants combine with soft substantial tannins to give great flavour impact and persistence.
