2017 CHRISTO’S PADDOCK CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A small parcel of fruit from old vines next to the Angas River was hand selected for our Cabernet Sauvignon. Bunches were selectively picked, crushed and left on skins for seven days. The wine was aged for 18 months in a combination of 35% new and old French oak barrels.
This is an outstanding example of Cabernet Sauvignon with a classic ripe palate with strong blackcurrant red fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and sweet, noble, velvety, drying and satisfying tannins. Drink now or cellar for 20+ years
$85 each ($63.25 members)
