As spring makes way for summer in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, join us to celebrate Sparkling Spring with a Popsie & Pipis Party at our Sophie’s Hill Cellar Door.
Sparkling Spring is a celebration of all things that sparkle in the Adelaide Hills and this year we are teaming up with the crew from Kuti Shack to launch the 2020 vintage of our Popsie Sparkling Blanc de Blancs, paired with delicious Goolwa Pipis.
This will be the only chance for non-Sovereign Club Members to experience this vintage of Popsie, as we will be reserving it for our members going forward due to the limited supply.
For those who aren’t seafood lovers, don’t worry—we’ve planned a delicious menu for you too.

Popsie and snack on arrival:
- Glass of 2020 Popsie Sparkling Blanc de Blancs
- White anchovy soldier Pipi jam, whipped egg; or
- Vegetable relish whipped egg
Sit down share style for the table:
- Bowl of XO pipis
- Pickles, smoked hummus
- Bread
Main choice of:
- Spencer Gulf blue swimmer crab campanelle, chilli, saltbush
- Mushroom and leek campanelle, cream, garlic, warrigal, parmesan
- Boston Bay Smallgoods porchetta, Adelaide Hills apple
- Salads for the table
As always, we’ll be offering a premium experience for just 12 guests in our Grand Vin Room. A separate email will be sent out to members with the details.
