Karrawatta Loyalty Points are launching October, and they’re available exclusively to our Sovereign Club and Sovereign Club Gold Members. These points are in addition to your current member benefits, making them the perfect way to further enhance your experience at Karrawatta!

To make things as seamless as possible, we’ve kept it simple:

• Earn 1 point for every $10 you spend on bottled wine.
• Each point is worth $1 and can be used towards purchasing anything at Karrawatta—including events!

The Fine Print

• Your points never expire! However, if your membership lapses, they’ll be on hold and cannot be used until you reactivate your membership.
• All online purchases will be added to your points tally, though they’re not currently visible online. You’re welcome to contact us anytime to check your balance.
• For now, points can only be redeemed at the cellar door, either in person, via email or over the phone. But don’t worry, we are working on an online solution!
• Points will start accumulating as soon as you qualify for Sovereign Club Membership.
• Points are earned on bottled wine purchases only.
• Purchases made with points do not count toward your membership tally.
• Points cannot be used towards shipping costs.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• While we may need to update or retire the points system in the future, we will be sure to keep you informed well in advance.
