As Spring blooms around the beautiful Adelaide Hills, join us to celebrate Sparkling Spring with a Soiree not to be missed at our Sophie’s Hill Cellar Door.
Sparkling Spring is a celebration of all things that sparkle in the Adelaide Hills and we have created a soiree to indulge your senses with our limited release Popsie Sparkling Blanc de Blancs paired with a seafood feast by Adelaide’s only sustainable seafood restaurant, Angler at Stirling.
Enjoy a glass of Popsie on arrival and a canape style lunch on the terrace while relaxing to the beats of DJ’s on the decks.
