‘Old vine Langhorne Creek cabernet matured for 18 months in all-French oak, 40% of which was new.
It’s a voluptuous style but there’s no lack of shape or indeed tannin. it has long haul written all over it. Plums, syrupy blackcurrant, mint, saltbush and chocolate. It all washes long through the finish.’
